Review: KORI Coyote when motorcycling.

Review from Andreas Jungerup, an experienced motorcyclist:

I drive my motorcycle quite a lot, 90 km to work and back every day and when there is time and weather I drive even more than that. Right now I drive a Yamaha XVS 650 dragstar but I have also driven a sport touring bike and I like to test drive different motorcycle styles. I have used KORI every day to work, so the back protection has been frequently used :-).

I've tried a few different back protector with different types of uses and design (cross, biker, race, etc.). The KORI back protector is brilliant, however, perhaps the height of it could be shortened to make it more comfortable with slim jackets as the protection takes up too much space.

The plus side with KORI is that it's has a very wide kidney / waist belt which provides a comfortable support and does not slide around like others do. Especially not when I drove and moved around on the bike too loosen up during a long ride.

The straps across the chest is also positive, the protection fits better and feels more secure.

The weight is not a problem, it feels light both when driving and when taking a walk.

As a back protector that can be folded into a backpack I think it's a very good idea, for example, when I went with a motorcycle cortege that ended with a walk in a park, a few concerts and some food. In that situation it was perfect to drive with the KORI protection and then be able to have the clothes in the backpack when I walked around.

In my everyday driving, going to work and back, I usually drive with a backpack and it gets a bit too much on the back with both KORI inside your jacket and another backpack outside. If you would have a topbox to put the other stuff in, so you do not need to have the extra backpack, it would work much better.

Review: "Not just a back protector, KORI is something unique!"

I would like to present Ola, Pelle and Lasse Hansson, three brothers with a passion for motorcycles. Besides having the opportunity to share their interests with each other, they spread their enthusiasm through their Facebook group "Summer Driving on a motorcycle!" You can fit all the equipment in KORI and be able to go on like" Malmöfestivalen "in just shorts and t-shirt (and motorcycle boots) have probably not done before if you do not have a hiking backpack on his back. I have a hiking backpack, but can not fit the whole equipment in it, however, I get the whole equipment into KORI!"

Motorcycle pants, jacket and helmet is in the backpack! The bag fits tight to the body and the kidneybelt helps to take up the load. The chest strap holds the houlder away from the arms. 

Skiing with KORI Coyote

Here, she uses KORI Coyote as a backpack when going shoping!

When Johanna skiing she’s got KORI Coyote back protector/backapack "It's so soft and smooth. I did not even think that I had it when I went. It just was there ☺" But Johanna also uses the whole concept of back protection and backpack. The backpack was used as hand luggage on the flight and when skiing "it's perfect to walk past the shop and then use the backpack to pack in."

Johanna loves to be outdoors, cycling holidays and long ice-skating trips are some of her favourite activities. To move and push the body, both for health and for the challenge is her driving force.

In her everyday training Johanna goes kickboxing and running, since she started to run with KORI Squirrel she can not run with any other socks: "They are wonderful! so comfortable to run in and fits like a glove on the foot."

It comes straight from Sweden and honestly, it does it. A real back protector that also turns into a backpack, light, practical, efficient. After testing it for more than a month, we can confirm the efficiency of the product, that is placed beneath the jacket as a pure back protector, but also on, as a backpack. Ergonomic, big enough to enclose the essential, the Coyote is forgotten when skiing while protecting your spine. What more do you wish for?

Delightful protection

We would like to share some words from our friend Marie who won her KORI at the summer-bike-meet at Hanksville Farm. She has been able to use the protector during a trip down the south-west coast in Sweden for the yearly meeting of YCC (Yamaha custom club) at First camp in Tylösand.

Marie sent us a greeting:

Mona Forsnes at Bikeport

Our friend from Norway, Mona Forsnes, has previously driven with the KORI back protector on rides in the city where she has experienced the freedom of being able to take off the equipment and store it in the backpack.  

In this article she describes the other possibilities that comes with this new concept. She compares it with a normal backpack after using it on the flight. She also describes how KORI can make a day on the beach even more relaxing, just knowing that the equipment still will be there when she returns to the bike to go home.
